Staff Product Manager (Agentic Planning)

• The ability to connect a forward-looking strategy to practical product decisions and work collaboratively across product, engineering, and design
• Clear communication with technical teams and senior executives, including experience challenging leadership decisions constructively and building support for a direction
• The ability to form and defend a product point of view in an uncertain, changing market, while staying open to different ideas
• A strong understanding of software development and development and operations (DevOps) workflows, including how planning decisions affect downstream delivery
• Experience leading product strategy and execution for software development, developer tools, or planning products, with the depth to make decisions in a specialized product area
