Program Manager (Materials Planning)

Join Quince, a fast-growing sustainable fashion brand, as a Program Manager for Materials Planning. In this role, you will support material procurement and sourcing across our global manufacturing and supplier network. You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align sourcing strategies with production capacity and operational priorities. You will also evaluate supplier performance, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in supply chain concepts, analytical skills, and experience with reporting tools.

• Support material procurement and sourcing activities across Quince’s manufacturing and supply base, ensuring alignment between sourcing strategies and production capabilities.
• Evaluate supplier performance across quality, reliability, and operational metrics; identify risks and improvement opportunities to enhance supplier performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to support execution, decision-making, and performance visibility, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in supply chain concepts, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow into increasing levels of ownership and impact
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience or comfort working with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar
• Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, inventory management, sourcing, and manufacturing operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
