AI Native Software Engineer (Identity & Trust)

Responsibilities

• Construire des applications complètes, des automatisations de flux de travail et des agents de base en utilisant des agents de codage AI.
• Traduire les besoins des clients en spécifications réalisables et expédier des solutions depuis les exigences jusqu'au déploiement.
• Évaluer la sortie générée par l'IA par rapport aux normes de sécurité, de confidentialité, de fiabilité et de qualité de Remitly avant l'expédition.
• Ability to read and interpret basic analytics (usage metrics, conversion rates, error rates)

Requirements

• Familiarity with common architectural patterns (web applications, APIs, databases, queues)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, learning-oriented mindset
• Ability to write effective prompts and iterate to achieve desired outcomes
• Proficiency with AI coding agents for end-to-end application development
• Understanding of full-stack applications: frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure
• Awareness of fundamental design principles, common UI/UX patterns, and basic product development concepts
