Head of Growth & Acquisition

Join Prolific, a leading player in the AI space, as the Head of Growth & Acquisition. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy and execution of participant growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You will build and scale a sustainable growth engine, develop new channels, and drive innovation. You will also lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to improve participant journeys and build scalable solutions.
