Senior Growth Data Analyst (SQL/DBT)

Join Capital on Tap, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Senior Growth Data Analyst. In this role, you will drive the growth of our US business through data-driven strategies and advanced analytics. You will own the delivery of a high-volume acquisition channel, build and maintain data pipelines, launch and optimize campaigns, and find commercial growth opportunities across the US customer lifecycle. • Owning the delivery of a high-volume, data-driven US acquisition channel, and contributing to its strategy and roadmap alongside the wider team.
• Building and maintaining the data pipelines (SQL, dbt) that turn internal and third-party data into campaign-ready audiences.
• Launching and optimising campaigns through analysis and testing, and using analytical skills to find commercial growth opportunities across the US customer lifecycle.
