Program Manager, Partnerships

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Program Manager in the Partnerships department. In this role, you will drive execution of high-priority projects, maintain visibility into project status, and collaborate across functional pillars. You will be responsible for establishing workstream visibility, managing ad-hoc and flagship projects, supporting company events, driving cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining the departmental operating rhythm. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in program management, project management, or strategy and operations roles at a B2B SaaS or technology company.

• Maintaining visibility into cross-departmental initiatives, managing high-priority ad-hoc projects, and supporting the Partnerships contribution to flagship events.
• Establishing structure, managing diverse workstreams, and building lasting, repeatable processes to ensure successful project delivery.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives that require a single owner for delivery, clarifying roles, keeping the work moving, and closing it out properly.
