Program Manager, Partnerships

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Program Manager in the Partnerships department. In this role, you will drive execution of key priorities, maintain visibility into project status, and collaborate across functional pillars. You will be responsible for managing high-priority ad-hoc projects, supporting flagship events, and maintaining the departmental operating rhythm. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in program management or project management, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining visibility into cross-departmental initiatives, managing high-priority ad-hoc projects, and supporting the Partnerships contribution to flagship events.
• Establishing structure, managing diverse workstreams, and building lasting, repeatable processes to ensure successful project delivery.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives that require a single owner for delivery, clarifying roles, keeping the work moving, and closing it out properly.
