Cashier

Join our team as a Cashier, where you will be responsible for handling all sales transactions, managing daily till operations, generating and validating invoices, preparing daily sales reports, and maintaining customer profiles in our CRM database. You will also assist on the shop floor, liaise with the IT department in case of system failures, and handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in luxury retail, proficiency in processing cashier systems, and fluency in Cantonese, with conversational skills in English and Mandarin.

• Handle all sales transactions, daily till opening and closing with high accuracy.
• File outstanding payments and follow up on due balances, including Credit Notes and Gift Certificates.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update traffic charts, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
