SCM -Supply Chain, Order Processing & Regulatory Company: Hetero Labs Limited Department: Middle East FML – International Marketing Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–3 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Role Overview We are looking for a professional to support Supply Chain, Order Processing and Regulatory coordination for the Middle East market. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order execution, product availability, documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain & Order Processing Coordinate and process customer orders for the Middle East market.
  • Track orders from order receipt to final dispatch/delivery.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Commercial teams for timely order execution.
  • Monitor product availability and highlight shortages or delays.
  • Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain order status, shipment details and relevant MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Regulatory Coordination Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs team for product registration and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up on regulatory documents required for product registrations, renewals and submissions.
  • Ensure availability and timely sharing of required product/documentation details with the concerned teams.
  • Track regulatory submission status and support timely closure of pending requirements.
  • Coordinate with the market/business team for regulatory-related queries.
  • Coordination Work closely with International Marketing, Regulatory, SCM, QA, Production, Logistics and Finance teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication between business requirements and internal operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on orders, supply status and pending regulatory activities.
  • Escalate critical delays or issues to the reporting manager.

Preferred

  • Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in Pharma, preferably in International Business / Supply Chain / Order Processing / Regulatory Coordination .
  • Experience handling international markets, preferably Middle East/GCC , will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of order management and supply chain coordination .
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical regulatory documentation/processes is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
