Job Position Title: SAP SF _ EC_ Enterprise APP_ Senior Associate_ SAP _Pune LOS - Advisory Responsibilities: An SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) typically outlines the roles, responsibilities, and technical requirements for managing core HR operations in the cloud. Key Responsibilities · Module Configuration: Configure and maintain core Employee Central elements including Foundation Objects, MDF (Metadata Framework) Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). · Lifecycle & Data Management: Handle global assignments, concurrent employment, contingent workforces, dependent management, and core employee lifecycle processes. · Position Management: Set up Position Management, Position-to-Job Sync, and organizational structures. · Time & Absence: Configure Time-Off frameworks, time accounts, accruals, and time valuation rules where applicable. · Integrations & Migrations: Execute data migrations, support system integrations (such as SAP ECP, BTP, or third-party payroll/HR systems), and coordinate cutover planning. · Testing & Support: Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and post-go-live support.
