These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strong grounding in CRM fundamentals and Salesforce best practices
• Extensive experience in Platform Security, Identity and Access Management / Integration Security, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture and Management Experience in minimum 2 clouds out of Health Cloud (FHIR R4/HIPAA), Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or MuleSoft.

Requirements

• Must have working experience in Life Science and Pharmaceuticals domain Proven experience architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in the life sciences or Veeva product or healthcare industry.
• Should have extensive experience in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others), Omniscript / Flexcards or Veeva CRM experience
• DevOps: CI/CD, Copado, VS Code, GitHub and deployment management
• PD2 / Application Architect / System Architect / CTA preferred
• Good to have strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, and FHIR Preferred Skill sets: Preferred Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, event-driven architectures (Platform Events/CDC), and enterprise LLM integrations
• Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills
• 12+ years experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with deep hands-on experience across Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration

Preferred

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a plus.
