Technical Analyst - Reconciliation

/ Senior Manager – Enterprise Reconciliation Systems Location: Jaipur Experience: 5-7 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Banking Payment Systems and Enterprise Reconciliation Applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in payment transaction processing, reconciliation operations, production support, testing, and Oracle SQL. This role will be responsible for managing reconciliation platforms, resolving production issues, coordinating with business and vendor stakeholders, and ensuring seamless reconciliation across multiple payment channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Enterprise Reconciliation Applications.
• Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks, transaction exceptions, and settlement discrepancies.
• Provide production support and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using Oracle SQL.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, Infrastructure, Vendor, and Support teams.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Support release management, deployments, and change implementation.
• Conduct RCA for production incidents and reconciliation issues.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for reconciliation and operational tracking.

• UPI IMPS Visa Mastercard RuPay ATM/EJ Reconciliation Settlement & Switch Reconciliation Required Knowledge Transaction Reconciliation Settlement Reconciliation GL Reconciliation Switch Reconciliation Exception Management Settlement File Processing Chargeback & Dispute Management Reversal & Refund Processing End-to-End Payment Transaction Lifecycle Management Technical Skills Strong Oracle SQL expertise including: Joins Subqueries Stored Procedures Functions Data Analysis Production Support and Incident Management Functional Testing, SIT, UAT & Production Validation Linux/Unix Command Line Operations ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools
• Advanced Excel Reporting and Data Analysis Educational Qualification B.E. /
• / MCA /.
• (IT, Computer Science, or equivalent) MBA will be an added advantage Preferred Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in Banking IT, Payment Systems, and Reconciliation Applications.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation workflows.
