Charge Entry/Biller - Full time

Responsibilities

• 40 - Working under the supervision of the Revenue Cycle Manager and Lead Biller, will share the responsibilities of being accessible to physicians and staff regarding billing questions; assures that all billing functions are completed in a timely fashion and develops billing goals.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, entering, reviewing and modifying daily charges; queue work.
• Knowledge of modifiers, ICD-10 and CPT codes required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of medical billing experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail Competency with ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines
• Computer proficient
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Command of verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent License/Certification: N/A Age Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
