Responsibilities

• Assist with inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of aggregate plant and mobile equipment
• Learn preventive maintenance practices to support safe and reliable operations
• Support experienced mechanics with mechanical, hydraulic, and conveyor system repairs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Follow safety procedures while participating in hands-on technical training and development
• Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment maintenance Ability to learn troubleshooting and repair techniques in a hands-on environment

Requirements

• Commitment to safety, quality, and following established procedures Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
