IT, Compliance, and Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic IT issues and provide help desk support to clients.
• Assist with compliance tasks, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Respond to routine customer questions and service requests.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
• Provide general administrative and backup support as needed.

Requirements

20 hours per week

• Some college education required; graduate-level study preferred.
• Highly professional attitude and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with professional business clients and users.
• Basic computer skills and comfort troubleshooting common technology issues.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Willingness to learn and support a variety of tasks.
• This part-time position may become a full-time role in the future.

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus—bring your people skills to a professional office environment.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, including roles at Apple Store, Trader Joe’s, Best Buy, or similar customer-focused retailers.

$18 per hour
