Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and upgrade wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, panels, and related electrical components
• Educate homeowners and clearly explain repair options and recommendations
• Recommend electrical upgrades, surge protection, panel replacements, generators, and other solutions when appropriate
• Utilize ServiceTitan to document work and manage customer communication
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call Ensure all work meets applicable safety standards and electrical codes

Requirements

• We're Looking For 3+ years of residential electrical service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems and applicable codes
• Journeyman Electrician license is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
