Responsibilities

  • \- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • \- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • \- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • \- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Requirements

  • \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • \- Ideally 3 years of experience developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in a professional setting; fresh graduates with relevant work or internship experience are also welcome to apply.
  • \- Strong programming skills in Python or Java, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • \- Familiarity with LLMs, AI Agents, Multi-Model Orchestration, and Application Engineering.
  • \- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • \- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
  • \- Proficiency in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
  • \- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • \- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

  • \- Mandarin proficiency is a plus, as the role may involve communicating with clients in China.
