Assist Production Supervisors in daily production management to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
Monitor production progress and coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve shop floor issues.
Support the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), including production efficiency, equipment utilization, and OEE, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in 5S, safety, and quality management activities on the production floor.
Collect and analyze production data, and assist in preparing daily, weekly, and other operational reports.
Participate in productivity improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence projects.
Assist in handling production abnormalities and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
Complete other tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor.
