A well-established multidisciplinary clinic in Melbourne's northern suburbs is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their team. They're not the biggest practice in Melbourne, and they're not trying to be. What they _are_ is stable, well-run, and genuinely good at looking after their clinicians — which is why people tend to stay.

You'll walk into a clinic that already has the things most SPs quietly wish for — a full referral pipeline, admin and billing support that actually works, sensible caseload numbers, and a team of OTs, psychologists and fellow SPs who eat lunch together most days. Supervision is structured, PD is properly funded (not a token $500), and if you want to develop a niche — paediatric feeding, adult voice, AAC, literacy — they'll back you to do it.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology

Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP) eligible or certified

Genuine interest in working with children and their families
New graduates with strong paediatric placement experience are warmly encouraged to apply
Confident with family coaching and parent-mediated approaches
Strong clinical documentation and interpersonal skills
Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
