Head of Product - CDI (F/M/X)

As the Head of Product, you will drive product growth and impact, lead and develop the product team, shape product evolutions, and champion the customer voice. You will have a significant impact on the company's mission and growth.

• Drive prioritization and delivery of product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Lead and develop the Product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Shape product evolutions and ensure consistency across all product offerings, tracking usage metrics and benchmarking against competitors.

**Hard Skills**

* **Product design, prioritization & delivery experience:** proven ability to build a realistic quarterly roadmap and deliver on commitments.

* **Data-driven management:** strong command of product KPIs (adoption, value created, etc.) and ability to guide decisions through metrics.

* **Fast learner:** ability to quickly master complex topics such as technical, regulatory or scientific concepts.

* **Strong technical background:** understanding of architecture constraints and ability to make effective trade-offs with the Head of Engineering.

**Soft Skills**

* **Calm leadership:** ability to engage calmly with all kinds of stakeholders, even in tense situations.

* Strong empathy, enough to manage people with diverse profiles.

* Ability to make quick trade-offs and sometimes say no under uncertainty, and to stand by those decisions.

* In this role, you will listen to many stakeholders, but you will also have to disappoint many of them. The role is political by nature and calls for strong persuasion, empathy and communication skills.
