En tant que Responsable IT, vous serez au cœur de nos opérations, supervisant les services informatiques quotidiens, soutenant la gestion des installations et contribuant aux processus administratifs clés. Vous aurez l'opportunité de développer vos compétences en leadership, en affaires et en technique à travers une large gamme de responsabilités et une expérience pratique.
- Assurer le support informatique quotidien dans les bureaux, y compris les environnements Microsoft 365 et Windows 11.
- Gérer l'équipement réseau et l'infrastructure de communication, et superviser la gestion des actifs informatiques.
- Soutenir la gestion des installations et des infrastructures de bureau, y compris la coordination des services liés au bâtiment.

**Key Skills & Competencies**

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting office IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware and user support.
• Practical, hands-on approach to troubleshooting technical issues and working with both end users and external suppliers.
• A proactive, dependable and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines.
• A willingness to take initiative and contribute to wider business projects.
• French language is not mandatory but would be a plus given the many exchanges with the French IT department.
