• Lead and deliver major IT due diligence engagements (pre- and post-deal), driving clear investment theses and risk assessments.
• Shape integration and separation programs, identifying IT synergies, outsourcing opportunities, cost drivers, and value creation plans.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, presenting findings clearly and concisely to boards, investment committees, and C-suite leaders.
