Product Manager (Operations)

As a Product Manager in the Central Operations team, you will drive product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for operational tooling and automation initiatives. You will work closely with various teams, including Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Product, Risk, and Compliance. Your efforts will directly impact customer outcomes, colleague experience, and business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery, prioritisation and delivery for operational tooling and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve customer outcomes and increase operational productivity.
• Work closely with engineers, data scientists and operational subject-matter experts to deliver effective solutions.
