BV V Designation: Lead - PMG Office Location: Position description: Responsible for PMG activities at Business Unit/BV Corporate level

Responsibilities

• Prepare project development frameworks and guide project managers to prepare detailed project plans with defined timelines and deliverables to monitor new product development
• Ensure that project objectives are met on time, along with gate reviews and proper closure with sign-off by the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) Ensure adherence to the project plan as per the APQP and quality gating process for new products

• Carry out product trials (T0, T1, T2) as per defined timelines; ensure the preparation of detailed trial reports and submission to customers
• Coordinate with customers to gather feedback and based on the reports, prepare a recommended action plan to meet customer expectations and carry out further trials as needed
• Ensure a smooth transition to Manufacturing (Operations) and oversee mass production (SOPs) for new product batches for a defined period
• Ensure the team has the necessary skills, resources and expertise to complete their tasks on time
