Accountabilities

Lead

the

technical

implementation,

and

Contribute

definition

software

development

standards,

coding

engineering

guidelines.

Conduct

code

reviews,

promote

maintainable

code,

and

ensure

the

quality,

reliability,

and

consistency

of

software

deliveries.

Participate

in

architectural

discussions

and

solution

design,

helping

select

appropriate

technologies

and

approaches.

Develop,

maintain,

and

optimize

integrations

with

REST

and

SOAP

APIs,

microservices,

and

external

systems.

Manage

software

releases,

deployments,

version

control,

and

related

delivery

processes.

Design

and

execute

stress

and

performance

tests

to

validate

application

robustness,

scalability,

and

security.

Collaborate

with

technical

teams

and

stakeholders

Apply

agile

methodologies

Requirements

Proven

professional

experience

developing

Java

applications

using

Java

11

or

later
.

Strong

hands-on

experience

with

Spring

Boot

and

modern

Java

development

practices.

Knowledge

of

REST

and

SOAP

integrations,

microservices

architectures,

and

distributed

systems.

Experience

with

JavaScript

scripting

and

the

ability

to

support

related

development

or

automation

tasks.

Familiarity

with

reactive

programming

using

Spring

WebFlux
.

Understanding

of

Java

threading

concepts,

including

virtual

threads.

Experience

working

with

MongoDB

and

message

queues

or

event-streaming

technologies

such

as

Kafka.

Knowledge

of

agile

methodologies

and

collaborative

software

development

practices.

Strong

analytical

and

problem-solving

skills,

with

the

ability

to

make

sound

technical

decisions

and

troubleshoot

issues.
