Combining

product

leadership

technical

you

will

shape

roadmaps,

prioritize

solutions.

will

champion

data

privacy,

responsible

AI

governance,

continuous

improvement

throughout

product

lifecycle.

Working

closely

with

engineering

teams,

client

stakeholders,

and

executive

leadership,

you

will

turn

emerging

technologies

into

practical

business

outcomes.

Accountabilities

Product

Strategy

and

Leadership:

Serve

as

the

product

and

strategic

reference

for

a

dedicated

squad,

aligning

product

vision

with

client

needs,

business

objectives,

and

technical

capabilities.

Roadmap

and

Planning:

Develop

and

maintain

integrated

product

plans

covering

architecture,

costs,

security,

observability,

and

AI

agent

performance

indicators.

Backlog

Management

Identify,

define,

prioritize,

and

continuously

refine

business

journeys

suitable

for

automation

and

AI-powered

transformation.

AI

Governance

and

Data

Privacy:

Ensure

compliance

with

Brazil's

LGPD

data

protection

requirements

by

embedding

privacy

and

governance

practices

into

the

solution

architecture,

including

data

minimization,

access

controls,

and

anonymization

in

observability

systems.

Performance

and

Continuous

Improvement:

Lead

PDCA

(Plan-Do-Check-Act)

cycles

and

strategic

reviews

to

evaluate

the

effectiveness,

efficiency,

and

reliability

of

AI

agents.

Change

Management:

Coordinate

the

organizational

changes

required

for

successful

rollout

and

adoption

of

new

agentic

workflows

among

users

and

relevant

business

teams.

Business

Impact

and

KPIs

Define,

monitor,

and

communicate

performance

indicators

linked

to

business

outcomes,

operational

efficiency,

and

customer

and

employee

satisfaction.

Stakeholder

Management:

Collaborate

with

executive

leadership,

engineering

teams,

and

client

stakeholders

through

Agile

practices,

including

Scrum

and

Kanban,

to

communicate

progress,

risks,

dependencies,

and

priorities.

Documentation

and

Knowledge

Transfer:

Maintain

clear

technical

and

product

documentation,

ensuring

continuity,

knowledge

sharing,

and

sustainable

solution

ownership

across

teams.

Requirements

Product

Management

Experience:

Proven

experience

as

a

Product

Manager

or

Product

Owner

delivering

complex,

technically

demanding

digital

products.

Generative

and

Agentic

AI:

Previous

experience

with

Generative

AI

or

agent-based

solutions,

ideally

working

closely

with

engineering

teams

to

translate

technical

capabilities

into

product

outcomes.

Technical

Understanding:

Ability

to

understand

software

and

AI

architecture,

including

large

language

models

(LLMs),

AI

agents,

and

integrations

using

APIs

and

the

Model

Context

Protocol

(MCP).

Product

Architecture

and

Planning:

Experience

developing

integrated

product

plans

that

address

architecture,

operating

costs,

security,

observability,

and

performance.

Agile

Methodologies:

Strong

knowledge

of

Scrum

and

Kanban,

with

experience

facilitating

discovery,

planning,

delivery,

and

continuous

improvement

activities.

Data-Driven

Decision-Making:

Experience

defining

and

tracking

business

KPIs,

measuring

product

performance,

and

using

data

to

guide

prioritization

and

optimization.
