About Home Instead

• At Home Instead, our visits are at least an hour long.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be supporting older adults with things like: personal care and mobility
• Preparing meals and hot drinks
• Light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable

Companionship, conversation and a friendly face

Requirements

• Some visits may include more personal health-related support — we provide full paid training for all of this, so no experience or medical background is needed No Experience?
• Have you cared for a loved one or supported a family member?
• Are you someone who can chat easily and make others feel at ease?
• Do you enjoy helping people and making a difference in someone’s day?

Benefits

• Hours will vary whilst we build our client base, with a mix of: Morning shifts: 07:00–14:00 Afternoon shifts: 14:00–21:00 Alternate weekends required

• Qualifications What You’ll Need Right to work in the UK Full driving licence and access to a car Clear English and good communication skills A warm, patient and caring nature And we will help and support you with the rest!
