Requirements

• Skills 5+ years in embedded AI or robotics/ADAS software deployment Hands-on model compilation, quantization and optimization (e.g., MLIR, TVM, TensorRT) Practical experience with agentic AI and LLM-based development tools
• Linux, Python and C++ skills; ROS 2 experience Customer-facing technical experience; able to work on site with customers 3+ years leading engineering or field/solutions teams; proven ability to hire, mentor and manage customer engagements across multiple accounts

Preferred

• Skills Experience with LLM, VLM or VLA models on edge devices
• Simulation tools (Isaac Sim / Omniverse), HIL validation
• Porting from CUDA/NVIDIA to other AI accelerators

Background in automotive SoCs or functional safety

• Involvement in open-source, developer-community or university collaborations
• Experience building a field engineering or FDE team from scratch; established network in China's robotics/Physical AI ecosystem
