Responsibilities

• Collects, receives, and sorts instruments.
• Follows manufacturer's instructions for use and department procedures to achieve safe and effective cleaning and decontamination of surgical instrumentation and patient care equipment.
• Collaborates with interdepartmental staff to prioritize and adjust workflow.
• Expedites processing to meet daily schedule and urgent surgery requirements for instrumentation.
• Locates, collects, and prepares instruments for pickup or delivery within designated area or package instrumentation for offsite delivery.
• Maintains equipment in accordance with organizational and regulatory protocols, policies, and standards.

Pay

• $17.96 - $31.43 The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position.
• Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.
• In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
