4+ years of experience practicing law, including significant in-house experience at a technology company supporting a sales organization on complex, high-velocity outbound revenue transactions with enterprise customers, including SaaS agreements and related agreements such as DPAs, BAAs, Product-Specific Terms, and AI terms

Proven background collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Privacy, Security, and Legal Operations to move deals toward closing

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently while thriving in ambiguity and maintaining focus on closing deals that protect Asana's values and business interests
• J.D. degree from an accredited institution and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar association
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
