Delivery Operations and Governance (Internship / Working Student)

Join our team as a Delivery Operations and Governance Intern/Working Student. In this role, you will support the coordination and follow-up of operational and governance activities, assist with preparing reports and presentations, and help maintain accurate and consistent records. You will also track action items and project progress, contribute to governance documentation, and support process monitoring and improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and follow-up of operational and governance activities, including tracking action items and project progress.
• Assist with preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting materials, and collect and consolidate data from different sources.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of governance documentation, procedures, controls, and related records, and support process monitoring and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• You speak English fluently; French or German is a plus
• You have experience with Power BI and data visualization and can create or support dashboards and reports
• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program and will continue studying for at least one more year

Previous internship or project experience is welcome

• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You are interested in AI tools and use them to support productivity, research, analysis, or content preparation
• You have an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented working style, and can manage several tasks while keeping track of important details
• You are interested in the Wealth Management industry and have basic analytical skills
• You work confidently both independently and as part of a team
• You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and bring curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
