Project Manager

Echodyne, a leading technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Solutions Engineering team. This client-facing role will involve coordinating all aspects of customer engagements, from strategic demonstrations and implementations to ongoing technical support.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will work closely with Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Product teams to ensure successful pre- and post-sales delivery of Echodyne solutions, while keeping customer satisfaction, timelines, and quality outcomes at the forefront.
• Coordination of all aspects of customer engagements, from strategic demonstrations to ongoing technical support.
• Management of the planning, scheduling, and delivery of implementations, integrations, and other technical engagements.
• Development and maintenance of project plans, status updates, and documentation, while tracking project milestones, dependencies, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desired
• Familiarity with radar, sensors, aerospace/defense, or related technology industries is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple technical and business stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Moderate travel may be required
• 5+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, or services delivery, ideally in a technology or engineering environment

Preferred

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification is desirable but not required
• Experience working with government or defense customers is strongly preferred

USD 84,100 - 126,100
