Technical Sourcer (Engineering, Contract)

Join Ramp, a fast-growing technology company, as a Technical Sourcer. In this full-time, 6-month contract position, you will innovate and operationalize creative sourcing strategies to deliver top technical talent. You will own talent mapping research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns, and effectively align candidates' motivations with Ramp's value proposition. You will also manage pipeline activity reports, drive Ramp's engagement across external conferences and networking events, and build networks and long-term relationships for potential candidates and communities.

Innovate and operationalize creative sourcing strategies to deliver top technical talent to Ramp.

Experience with our suite of recruiting tools (Ashby, Claude Code, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own talent mapping research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns, and effectively align candidates’ motivations with Ramp's value proposition.
• Lead intake meetings with stakeholders to qualify and deeply understand requirements/qualifications for tech job profiles, and manage pipeline activity reports.

Requirements

• Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making

Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills

• Familiarity with traditional and modern (AI) sourcing and search techniques
• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of Software Engineering job profiles
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
