Responsibilities

• Directing the strategy and implementation for Roblox’s suite of subscription offerings, influencing key business metrics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to define the roadmap for subscriptions, building innovative features, and delivering maximum value.
• Overseeing the daily execution of the engineering roadmap, ensuring the team efficiently delivers high-quality, reliable code on time.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive technical vision and roadmap for mission-critical, high-volume services

Requirements

• A strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional engineering talent
• 2+ years of direct experience managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams

Familiarity with billing products and payments processing

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical trade-offs and project status to technical peers, product managers, and executive leadership
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on building and operating highly scalable distributed systems
