Enterprise Technical Account Manager

as an Enterprise Technical Account Manager, where you'll be responsible for the technical integration of our API-first promotion engine into enterprise clients' ecosystems. You'll proactively monitor API usage, resolve recurring issues, and manage escalations in collaboration with our Engineering and Customer Success teams. Additionally, you'll lead onboarding design, explore new tech partnerships, and deliver consistent value to boost retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the technical integration process, ensuring seamless fit of the platform into each client’s ecosystem.
• Proactively monitoring API usage, resolving recurring issues, and managing escalations in collaboration with Engineering and Customer Success teams.
• Leading onboarding design, managing expectations, and delivering consistent value that boosts retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to successfully handle the demands of Enterprise accounts, including complex stakeholder management
• Stay calm, patient, and professional while managing high-stakes customer relationships
• 4+ years of previous experience working as a Technical Account Manager, Integrations Consultant, or similar technical client-facing role
• Experience owning API integrations end-to-end for enterprise-level accounts

Proven experience with SaaS based products

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood and concise language to both technical and non-technical professionals
• Analytical understanding with a high focus on data-driven decision-making
