CNC Operator for Elastomer Seals (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate CNC lathes (customized Emco machines with Siemens control) to ensure efficient and effective production.
• Independently program using specialized CNC software for seal production and set up machines, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Oversee the entire production process from programming to the final workpiece, focusing on express and prototype production.
• Handle single and series production, primarily small series and special seals.
• Create and maintain process and quality documentation to ensure compliance and professionalism.
• Support process engineers in developing production processes and propose continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Requirements: Educational Background: Completed vocational training, such as cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the machining of thermoplastics and elastomers.
• Proficient knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written.
• Commitment: High commitment and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability and willingness to efficiently operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and self-responsibility skills.
