Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations, including access control management, CCTV surveillance monitoring, and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Security workforce, scheduling, and Payroll knowledge required.
• Legal assistance/guidance
• Identity theft protection
• Team Supervision
• Compliance & Inspections
• Regulatory Awareness

Training

• Surveillance & Monitoring.
• Team Scheduling (Knowledge of Track-Tik is a plus!)

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience required and minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the security industry.
• TX Level II Security License
• TX Driver’s License
• Security, Industrial or Logistics background

Pay

Hourly Range

$22.50p/hr
