Responsibilities

• As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Greenford you’ll be responsible for: Answering phones and provide product quotations to customers.
• Following up and chase customers for the quotes and orders.
• Updating the system with order information and quotes.
• Serving customers on the trade counter.
• Warehouse duties including picking and packing and stock control.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and confident speaking to people.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident working with computer.

Preferred

• Warehousing experience.

Salary

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm with 1hrs break. No weekend work required. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous.
