Responsibilities

• Free weekly car washes
• Fun, team-oriented environment
• What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)
• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
• This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Must pass a background check

Pay

Starting Pay: $15–$17/hour + Biweekly Tips

$15 hourly pay + tips
