Senior Application Programmer

This key position is for a proposal effort that should be awarded by the end of November 2026.

Application Programmer will provide advanced application development, maintenance, and technical support for financial and revenue-related systems. This position serves as a senior technical resource responsible for designing, developing, implementing, troubleshooting, and enhancing complex applications that support critical business operations.

Responsibilities

• Application Programmer works closely with business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to translate operational requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• The candidate must live within 30 minutes of the City of New Orleans.
• The position requires strong full-stack .NET development experience, database expertise, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide technical guidance and recommendations related to application development and system improvements.
