Clinic Manager – The Joint Chiropractic

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee operations across 10 clinic locations (Buford mall of GA, Dacula, Decatur, Flowery branch, Lawrenceville, Loganville, North Druid Hills, Snellville, Sugar Hill, Tucker) within the Atlanta area.
• Lead, coach, and develop front desk and wellness staff
• Drive sales, memberships, and patient retention
• Monitor performance metrics and achieve business goals
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction

Maintain operational standards and compliance

• Travel between clinics as needed to provide leadership and operational support
• Full-time position – clinics are open 7 days a week, and work schedules may vary based on business needs Qualifications

Requirements

• Strong sales and customer service background
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Results-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Preferred

• Leadership or management experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred)

Pay

• Salary: $45,000 per year + Bonuses & Incentives
• Competitive salary: $45,000/year
