DCIM Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• The DCIM Learning & Development Specialist I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the delivery of training programs for internal teams and customers.
• This role focuses on building foundational knowledge of Sunbird’s software and training processes while delivering structured training with guidance. --- Key Responsibilities · Deliver basic training sessions (virtual and in-person) using established materials and curricula · Assist in creating and updating training materials, including documentation, presentations, and videos · Support senior team members in organizing and preparing training sessions · Maintain accurate training records and documentation · Gather participant feedback and report insights to improve training programs · Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on product updates · Participate in ongoing learning to build product and instructional knowledge --- Required Qualifications & Skills · 0–2 years of experience in training, teaching, or customer-facing roles · Strong communication and presentation skills with a willingness to develop further · Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn software systems quickly · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines · Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment --- Additional Information · Travel: Occasional travel may be required for onsite training engagements. · Work Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional off-hours, to support training schedules and global teams. --- · Physical Requirements: · Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for content creation and training delivery. · Ability to speak continuously for more than two or more hours during training sessions and webinars.
