Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive membership growth.
• Lead and mentor General Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure team alignment and success.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with StretchLab's core values.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to execute marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.

Requirements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations. ✨ Qualifications: Proven experience in a management role overseeing multiple locations, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
