Robotic Welder (1st shift)

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welders to join our team. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components to ensure high-quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding systems to weld metal parts according to specifications Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials into robotic cells Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and compliance with blueprints Complete required documentation, including production counts and quality checks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Qualifications 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
• Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
• Experience using inspection and measuring tools.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
• Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• You Bring Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with metal components.
• Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
