Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead this initiative.

The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing our ABA program for individuals diagnosed with autism and other behavioral disorders. This position is responsible for supervising

Responsibilities

• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), creating individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct
• functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• and set measurable behavior goals.

RBTs

• and ensure quality implementation of therapy sessions.
• Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies and best practices.
• psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to provide holistic care.
• patient progress
• and modify intervention strategies as needed.
• Maintain
• compliance with BACB standards
• and Texas regulations.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• (Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field + BACB exam + supervised experience).
• autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of

behavior intervention strategies

• in an outpatient or clinical setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Texas licensure (if required).
