Account Associate

Nuvant is looking for Account Associates to join our growing team of client-focused professionals. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals and businesses seeking guidance on financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work to understand each client’s unique needs and help match them with services that support their goals.
• Reach out to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries Learn about each client’s goals, challenges, and decision-making process Offer personalized recommendations based on data and conversation Walk clients through onboarding, product selection, and implementation Maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term value Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve services and outcomes Qualifications High school diploma or college degree preferred Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Prior experience in sales or client service a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.
