Toolmaker / Wire EDM Specialist / Precision Grinder Germantown, WI | 1st Shift | Full-Time | Competitive Pay Based on Experience Gromax is seeking an experienced Toolmaker, Wire EDM Specialist, or Precision Grinder to join our custom tooling team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can read prints, hold tight tolerances, and solve complex manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges
• Operate precision machining and grinding equipment
• Program and operate Wire EDM equipment (where applicable)
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Inspect components to tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot tooling and manufacturing issues

Requirements

• Tool & Die, Toolmaker, Precision Machining, Grinding, or Wire EDM experience
• Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills Experience with precision measuring equipment

Preferred

• We are especially interested in candidates with Wire EDM expertise or manual horizontal grinding experience .
• Unlike traditional centerless grinding environments, our work focuses on precision tooling and complex square components.
