Responsibilities

Business Process Analyst

• to provide support to the National Guard Bureau. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. Experience working in a Military environment is preferred.
• The Business Process Analyst will evaluate and improve workflows, systems, and processes supporting mission operations.
• Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
• Develop and document SOPs and process improvements
• Support system integration and process optimization

Requirements

• Experience in business or process analysis
• Experience documenting workflows and procedures
• Bachelor Degree in Business Discipline required
• Active Secret Clearance or higher required

Preferred

• Familiarity with government systems preferred

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
