Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Crystal, MN.

Responsibilities

• This full-time, year-round position involves operating one of our three truck cranes (20-ton, 40-ton, or Effer Grapple Saw Crane) to assist tree crews with tree removal and arborist work, primarily on residential properties.
• You will work closely with our operations manager, foreman, and groundspeople to ensure safe and efficient completion of projects.
• Operate truck cranes (20-ton, 40-ton, or Effer Grapple Saw Crane) to support tree removal and arborist tasks
• Collaborate with tree crews to safely and efficiently complete residential tree work
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment to ensure operational excellence
• Work under the direction of the operations manager and foreman to meet client needs

Requirements

• Valid CDL license
• Proven crane operating experience
• Schedule Full-time, year-round position

Preferred

• Arborist and tree removal work experience is a plus
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
