Responsibilities

1 & 2-day bathroom renovations

• Implement and execute the EOS framework to align teams, streamline operations, and meet company goals.
• Lead department heads to ensure all operations, from sales to installation, run efficiently and on schedule.
• Optimize business processes to handle increasing demand while maintaining the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality bathroom renovations in just 1-2 days.
• Track key performance indicators and ensure accountability across all levels of the organization.
• Identify issues and roadblocks, ensuring swift resolution to maintain smooth, efficient workflows.
• Work closely with the Visionary (CEO) to translate long-term company vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
• 3+ years as an EOS Integrator, with a demonstrated ability to scale businesses.
• A natural at identifying and resolving operational challenges swiftly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in high-growth environments, especially in home services, renovation, or construction industries.
• Expertise in improving efficiency and driving performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Adept at tracking and using data to drive decision-making and accountability.
• Work directly with the Visionary (Founder/CEO) and key leadership team.
